When everything around you goes loud, you stay level. CNTRLD K-OS is that cup.
Single origin from Boquete, Panama, grown high on the slopes below Volcán Barú, the same ground as Panama's most famous farms. Four estates, one family, run by José David Garrido Pérez. Most of this coffee never leaves the country. Fully washed, Strictly Hard Bean, slow-grown at altitude where cool nights pack more flavor into every bean.
Roasted to a medium. Clean and sweet: caramel, malt, nutty on the finish. Low acid, full body. Balanced. Composed. Under control.
The one you drink all day and never get tired of.
Medium
Pulled between first and second crack, where a washed Boquete coffee goes caramel-sweet instead of bright. Enough development for full body and a nutty, malty finish, with no roast flavor sitting on top. Rested 2–3 days, then bagged with the roast date on the back.
Caramel, malt, nutty
Caramel · Malt · Nutty · Full body · Low acid. Our own 1–5 scale from cupping each roast.

How to brew CNTRLD K-OS
Ratios are coffee to water by weight. Fresh grind, filtered water, and the roast date on the back of the bag tell you the rest.
