Founded by a firefighter paramedic who understands the grind.
It started at the station, with shift coffee that was always burnt, always stale, always from a can nobody remembered buying. So we built our own. We source specialty coffee and roast it to what works: fuel for people who start early, work hard, and never stop grinding. No shortcuts. Just performance.
We still work the trucks. Every bag is small-batch roasted to order and stamped with the roast date on the back.

Specialty-grade coffee from farms and co-ops in Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Brazil and Guatemala, each roasted to what it does best. Beans rest two to three days after roasting, then get bagged with the roast date on the back.
