Built from two of the world's most respected origins — Colombian Supremo from the high mountain regions of Huila, Tolima, and Cauca, blended with Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Gr.2 from the Banko Chelchele washing station in the Gedeb District — ALRM is what happens when two powerhouse origins answer the call together.

The Colombian Supremo brings the body. Full, rich, chocolate-forward with low acidity and a smooth backbone that holds everything together. The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe brings the complexity — baker's chocolate deepening into exotic spice, deep aromatics, and a finish that lingers like the tones still ringing in your ears.

Roasted to Full City on the Colombian and City+ on the Ethiopian. Each origin pulled at its peak so neither drowns the other out. Two signals. One transmission.
